The Industrial Zone Sudoměřice is located northwest from the Sudoměřice municipality and offers flat land of 8.2 ha, that is connected to the main thoroughfare I/55 leading to the motorway D2. The position of the zone is in accordance with approved Territorial Planning Documentation. Nowadays, the Industrial Zone is provided with basic infrastructure except for sewerage.There is a recently built bypass I/70 leading through the middle of the zone connecting the Czech and the Slovak Republic.

Underground services and roads are located on the borders of the estates. The Territorial Plan allows cesspits. For investors there is possibility to build their own SWTP with a release to Baťa sewer (distance 400 meters).
